Strategy: Extracted static branding and raw multi-housing data from print marketing collateral and independently conceptualized a cohesive, high-energy video narrative designed to capture institutional investor interest.
Design: Translated complex property data into dynamic on-screen assets; self-directed the storyboards and visual styling to bring data charts, suite mixes, and municipal demographics into an engaging, motion-centric space.
Execution: Independently engineered the entire video pipeline—from asset harvesting and color grading to complex motion graphics—featuring a fully animated 3D-space aerial map highlighting proximity to major universities and a sleek, animated "suite mix" infographic.
Impact: Reimagined the print marketing collateral into a premium, standalone digital asset that modernized the property's market presence; delivered a highly polished, professional finish that effectively communicated the asset's investment value.
